Sleep Training: Day 13
Yesterday we progressed to walking out of the nursery after stories and leaving Nicolaus to fall asleep on his own. The first two times he cried for about 15-20 minutes, but today he only cried for a few minutes and then tonight for a few seconds before drifting off. Hallelujah!

So, did this whole sleep training process only take you 13 days? (Well, I guess that is a long time when you're the one doing it, lol). James refuses to sleep in his own bed and has been sleeping with us for almost 2 years now :( It's just become so much easier that way. I know it's a horrible habit, though. I'm extremely anxious about training him to sleep in his own bed. I know his dad isn't going to help and it will be all up to me. Uuuuughhhh..
